TERMS OF USE OF REPSOL DIGITAL EVENTS

1. Nature of these terms

These terms govern access to and use of the Repsol Digital Events platform (Platform), offered by REPSOL, S.A. (Repsol) or Repsol Foundation, as applicable, and are supplemented by their respective Legal Notice (together, Terms). Use of the Platform implies acceptance of the Terms.

Repsol or Repsol Foundation reserves the right to modify the Terms and even remove all or part of the availability of the Platform, as well as any other applicable terms at any time, of which you will be duly informed, without generating any right to compensation. It is recommended to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any possible changes.

2. Who is the Platform for?

Users of the Platform may be persons authorised by any company in the Repsol group or by Repsol Foundation (Users).

3. Purpose of the Platform

The purpose of the Platform is to allow Users to create and attend different types of digital events organised by the Repsol group and/or Repsol Foundation (together, Digital Events), including but not limited to:

seminars (written-format webinars);
videoconferences without intervention (attendance with listening and viewing, without intervention);
videoconferences with intervention (attendance with listening and viewing, and written intervention visible only to Digital Event speakers); and
telephone calls.

4. Access to the Platform

Access https://live.repsol.com/ and sign in with your corporate credentials as a Repsol employee, supplier or invited third party. Sign in will require acceptance of these Terms; if you access from a non-corporate network, you must additionally validate with your corporate second-factor authentication.

5. Attendance at Digital Events

Users may attend those Digital Events to which they have been invited from the Platform home page.

Digital Events on the Platform may be recorded by the event organisers, although such recordings will be limited to the image or voice of speaker Users and/or the materials they show during the Digital Event and will only be used for internal dissemination within the Repsol Group and Repsol Foundation, as applicable, and will not include any data relating to other attending Users.

6. User contributions and responsibility in Digital Events

In relation to the creation of and participation in Digital Events, Users are responsible for any action, omission or consequence arising from their contributions, releasing Repsol Group companies and Repsol Foundation from such consequences, and they guarantee:

that they will not infringe any third-party rights, copyright, trademark, trade name, any other distinctive sign of third parties, moral rights of privacy or publicity, or intellectual property rights of any person or entity;
that they will not include images, texts or content of any kind that may incite or induce violence, be discriminatory, xenophobic, sexually obscene or suggestive, defamatory, threatening, false, insulting, or in general content that may be offensive and/or damage the image of Repsol or any Repsol Group company or Repsol Foundation, as well as third parties, and/or be contrary to law, morality, public order, or involve a violation of rights;
that they will not record Digital Events unless expressly authorised in writing, and that they will not process the image and/or voice of other Users without their express consent.

If Repsol, Repsol Foundation or any entity professionally linked to a Digital Event detects any anomaly or suspects that a User is hindering the normal development of that Digital Event, they may unilaterally remove that User from it.

Repsol and Repsol Foundation are not responsible for (i) possible losses, damages, delays, or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of Digital Events or User participation in them, nor for (ii) possible deficiencies or outages in telecommunications lines, nor malfunction of electronic communication networks, websites and internet involved in Digital Events due to causes beyond Repsol and Repsol Foundation control.

7. Personal data processing

7.1. For the use of the Platform, we will process your personal data under the following conditions:

1. Data controllers: The Platform contains Digital Events organised by Repsol Group companies and by Repsol Foundation, which jointly participate in determining the purposes and means of processing operations through joint decisions, so all of them are joint data controllers.

Accordingly, your personal data will be processed by the following entities as joint data controllers:

- Repsol Group companies. You can access the full list of Repsol group companies at www.repsol.com/es/accionistas-inversores/informacion-economica-financiera/estructura-societaria/index.cshtml. Repsol group companies have a Data Protection Officer available at protecciondedatos@repsol.com.

- Repsol Foundation. Repsol Foundation has a Data Protection contact available at protecciondedatos@fundacionrepsol.com.

2. Data processed: data provided during registration, as well as data derived from your participation as a Platform User; for speakers, image and/or voice.

4. Purpose: to facilitate access to the Platform and use of its features, as well as management of Digital Events.

5. Legal basis: performance of the relationship arising from the request for access to and use of the Platform; and, where applicable, consent to process image and/or voice.

6. Recipients: those required by law, and providers acting as data processors.

7. Rights: access, rectification, objection, erasure, restriction of processing; you may exercise them through protecciondedatos@repsol.com; in any case, you may exercise your rights against any joint data controller, as well as lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

8. Retention: while you are a Platform User; once you stop using it, for the legal limitation period.

9. International transfers: personal data may be subject to international transfer resulting from access by our service providers acting as data processors under safeguards in accordance with Chapter V of the GDPR.

7.2. If when using the Platform you provide personal data of third parties, (i) you must have their prior consent and have informed them in advance that their personal data will be processed as described above, (ii) you guarantee that the provided data are truthful, necessary and appropriate for the purpose for which you provide them; and (iii) you release us from any liability arising from non-compliance with the above.
